This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, refunds, missed participation, and billing disputes are handled for Dimorphysique coaching services and programs.
By purchasing a Dimorphysique coaching service, program, package, consultation, or other paid service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Refund Policy together with the applicable Terms and Conditions presented at the time of purchase.
Because Dimorphysique coaching involves reserving coaching capacity, reviewing client information, preparing individualized training and nutrition materials, and providing ongoing support, payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable coaching service has begun.
Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, payments for coaching services are generally non-refundable after services have commenced.
This policy does not remove or limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Certain Dimorphysique programs require a minimum commitment of 16 weeks.
When you enroll in a 16-week coaching program, you are purchasing access to coaching over the full agreed program period rather than purchasing individual workouts, check-ins, or messages separately.
Choosing to stop participating before the end of the program does not automatically create a right to a refund or cancel payment obligations already agreed to under the applicable coaching package.
Any specific payment schedule, cancellation terms, or renewal conditions applicable to your program will be disclosed before purchase.
Dimorphysique may allow certain coaching programs to be paid through installments or recurring payments.
An installment plan is a method of paying for the agreed coaching commitment and does not necessarily convert the program into a month-to-month service that may be cancelled at any time.
If you agree to a fixed-term program with installment payments, you remain responsible for payments due under that agreement unless Dimorphysique agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law provides you with a right to cancel.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method while scheduled payments remain due.
Refunds are not automatically provided because a client:
Dimorphysique makes coaching resources and support available during the applicable program period, but the client remains responsible for participation, communication, and adherence.
Missing a weekly check-in does not create an entitlement to a refund, credit, or extension of the coaching program.
If you know you will be unable to complete a scheduled check-in, contact Dimorphysique as soon as reasonably possible.
Repeated missed check-ins may limit our ability to evaluate your progress and make appropriate adjustments to your training or nutrition.
A change of mind after coaching has begun does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Clients are encouraged to ask questions about program structure, pricing, duration, communication, and expectations before purchasing.
Where a cancellation or cooling-off right is required by law, Dimorphysique will comply with that requirement.
Refunds are not provided solely because a client does not achieve a particular amount of fat loss, muscle gain, strength improvement, body-fat percentage, body weight, or other physique result.

Dimorphysique does not guarantee specific results.
If an unexpected medical condition, serious injury, or exceptional circumstance prevents you from reasonably continuing coaching, contact Dimorphysique as soon as possible.
Such situations may be reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, Dimorphysique may consider an accommodation such as a temporary pause, program adjustment, credit, or other arrangement.
Any accommodation is subject to the specific circumstances and does not create a general entitlement to a refund unless required by law.
If Dimorphysique permanently cancels a paid service before the agreed service has been provided and no reasonable alternative arrangement is offered, any refund or credit owed will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Dimorphysique may also terminate services in circumstances permitted under the Terms and Conditions, including serious misconduct, fraud, non-payment, misuse of coaching materials, or inappropriate conduct.
The financial consequences of such termination will depend on the circumstances, contractual terms, and applicable law.
If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or billed in error, contact Dimorphysique promptly.
Verified billing errors will be corrected where appropriate.

Dimorphysique reserves the right to provide relevant records and dispute chargebacks or payment reversals that it reasonably believes involve validly authorized payments or services that were properly provided or made available.

Once individualized materials have been prepared or delivered, the work involved in creating those materials has already been performed and may be considered when evaluating any refund request.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Processing times may depend on Stripe, your bank, credit-card issuer, or another payment provider and may be outside Dimorphysique's control.
Approval of one refund request does not require Dimorphysique to approve future refund requests in different circumstances.
